Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

By using whiscey.net or joining TulipSMP, FurrySMP or Sunflower SMP (the "Services"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Who can use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition to play on the servers. You must follow the Minecraft EULA and Discord's Terms of Service.

Community rules

Be respectful. Our servers are LGBTQ+ and furry friendly, so hate speech, harassment, discrimination and bigotry aren't tolerated. You also agree not to:

• Cheat, use unfair client modifications, or exploit bugs or duplication glitches.
• Grief, steal, or share illegal, sexual or harmful content, especially involving minors.
• Advertise other servers, spam, or try to attack, overload or break into the Services.
• Evade a punishment with alternate accounts or a VPN.

Each server's full rules are listed in its Discord. Staff decide what counts as a breach.

Punishments

Staff may warn, mute, kick or ban you, and bans apply across all our servers. Punishments are shared between our servers and may be appealed through the server's Discord, but appeals aren't guaranteed to succeed.

Virtual items and purchases

Ranks, perks, in-game items and currency are virtual goods that carry no real-world value. Any store purchases go through the store provider's own terms. Because virtual goods are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. If you are banned for breaking the rules, you aren't entitled to a refund of any purchases.

Our content

The site's design, code and original content belong to whiscey.net. The names Minecraft, Mojang and Microsoft belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by Mojang or Microsoft. Skin and head images come from mc-heads.net and minotar.net, and server status from mcstatus.io.

No guarantees

The Services are provided "as is". Servers may go down, restart, roll back or lose data without notice, and we can't promise they will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the Services.

Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms at any time, and continuing to use the Services means you accept the new version. Questions? Reach us through the Discord links on the home page.
